It's Fall Ya'll! Brace yourselves for all things Fall the next few posts because I AM HERE FOR IT. Per usual, Florida decided to be fashionably late with the Fall weather but that isn't going to stop me from embracing the season.
Looking at the Fall shoe trends this year, I've noticed a lot of simple patterns and modern designs. What I mean by modern is structured shape, clean lines, and symmetry. This modern look is not only versatile, it is also very elegant. This makes it a bit easier to splurge when finding a style you love because you know it can be worn many ways and for many seasons.
Shoes can be such a key piece to any outfit. As much as I love shoes, I've been hesitant to buy new booties this year because I'm finding that a lot of the styles out there are very similar to ones I already own. These beauties are not only the perfect style, but they are so comfortable. I can honestly say I've worn these for 8 hours straight on multiple occasions. Free Birds, by Steve Madden
These are one of my newer pairs from last year (thanks Mom). These Steve Madden Free Birds (Joey Style) had been on my wish list for close to two years before receiving them as a gift. All Free Birds are genuine leather and every pair is handmade. The price tag reflects the quality, but these shoes are absolutely amazing and worth the splurge. I have a few pairs that are close to 7 years old and still look brand new. I highly recommend getting yourself a pair of Free Birds when you are able to splurge on a pair of shoes. Treasure & Bond
These shoes stole my heart the second I saw them. I love the taupe color and the buckle detail, giving them an elevated, yet edgy feel. I like the ankle height on these so I can wear cropped or ankle jeans but also full length straight jeans to go over top. It helps keep my little legs from looking even shorter! Kristin Cavallari
One regret I have in life? Not buying more of Kristin Cavallari's shoes before she discontinued her line...... Steve Madden
A simple but rich style, these boots have been a go to ever since I got them. I got these from the 2019 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Although a bit higher, I can wear with any length dress and even my longer jeans. Pair with a straight leg jean over top, or tuck you skinny jeans/leggings in.
